Work to deliver the $110.2 million Cowra Hospital is another step closer, with the appointment of the main works contractor. Richard Crookes Constructions has been engaged following a competitive tender process to build the redevelopment, which will deliver a sustainable, modern, and purpose-built hospital.
Recently the Project Team hosted a series of focus and information sessions for patients, users and contributors to the hospital across the areas of maternity, mental health, palliative care and cancer services.
Work taking place at the rear of the Cowra Hospital is almost finished. The buildings have been removed with the finishing touches to the enabling works to be completed by the end of June 2023.
